Club Delville is a place for exchanging and sharing, in a spirit of mutual assistance and empathy.
The Club currently has 450 members, who are decision-makers and/or senior executives from all sectors of activity.
Club members are transition managers, entrepreneurs, coaches, lawyers, auditors, investment funds and clients of Delville Management. The most frequent professions are: Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Human Resources, Director of Information Systems, etc.
First-name basis: in order to facilitate exchanges, Club members prefer a first-name basis.
The Club Manager: is responsible for managing the Club and is responsible for creating links between members. In addition to the associate directors, he or she is their prime contact.
Admission to the Club is generally by proposal of a member. The future member must meet with a Delville Management officer/partner and the Club Manager, in order to guarantee a level of excellence. To join the Delville Club, potential members must have or have had responsibilities at Senior Management/Executive Board levels, be aligned with the Club’s raison d’être, have the Club spirit, respect the values of Delville Management and take an active part in running the Club…
Club members are “expert contacts” for their colleagues on missions and can intervene in a supporting role for a manager. Each Delville Management transition manager benefits from the support of a Club member, who can be called upon to provide expert advice throughout his or her mission. The transition manager can therefore count on his or her peers at any time.
There is no membership fee. Members are nevertheless invited to contribute to the development of the community by bringing a “C-Level” a decision-maker in his or her network (Senior Management/Executive Board).
These are organised throughout the year. They may be initiated by the members or by Delville Management. Members are contributors to the running of their Club so that their ideas are always welcome.
