Eric joined Delville Management after more than 25 years' experience in management and general management positions with international groups such as OTIS, DHL, American Express and Steelcase.
Eric has expertise in managing organizational change, the growth of new business models, digital and operational transformations and sales growth.
He is now a partner in Delville Management.
In 2024, he was entrusted with the development of our international offices and the management of the Paris office.
