Today, Delville Management is one of the benchmark players in pure player interim management and one of the Top 2 Premium Cabinets in France.

We have chosen to fully assert our role as a French player, but also a European one, and to focus on proximity. First and foremost, this human proximity is reflected in the values and culture of our interim management firm: as our customers and managers say, we place "conviviality", "benevolence" and "sympathy" at the heart of the relationships that bind us to them. With the Club Delville and its many events throughout the year, we are working to make our network the leading French interim management network.

For us, proximity also means being as close as possible to you. Originally from Paris, we are now deploying our expertise in the regions and further developing our network of partners abroad. We have been present in London since 2013, in Lyon since 2018, in Lille since 2020, in Nantes since summer 2021, and in Munich and Toulouse since 2020. Following this, we have decided to set up operations in Strasbourg in July 2024 and Milan in January 2025.
