Sandrine began her career in recruitment with Robert Half International in 1995. For 11 years, she "hunted" for Banking & Insurance profiles. Sandrine then joined Humblot Grant Alexander, where she specialised in Capital Markets. In 2009, an opportunity arose at HR consultancy BPI Group, this time to seek out new clients for the Revitalisation BU. In 2015, Sandrine joins a former Manager at whr (weave consultancy). The "hunt" resumes for both internal and external profiles across all business sectors. Keen to try her hand at the corporate world, Sandrine joins the FIVES Maintenance recruitment team. Then the opportunity to discover the world of the Supply Chain opened the doors to adameo. Her first step into the world of interim managers over a 4-year period. Sandrine joined Delville Management in April 2022 in the Talents Division.
