To facilitate exchanges, Club members are encouraged to be on first-name terms. The Club Manager is in charge of running the Club and building links between members. In addition to the Associate Directors, he is their privileged contact.
Admission to the Club is generally based on a proposal from a member. The prospective member must meet with a Delville Management executive/partner and the Club Manager, to guarantee a high level of excellence. To join the Delville Club, you need to be or have been in charge at CODIR/COMEX level, be in phase with the Club's raison d'être, have Club spirit, respect Delville Management's values, be active in the Club's operations...
Club members are "expert referents" for their colleagues on assignment, and can act as support for a manager. Each Delville Management interim manager benefits from the support of a Club member, whom he or she can call on for expert advice throughout the assignment. Interim managers can therefore count on their peers at all times.
There are no membership fees. However, members are invited to contribute to the development of the community by bringing along a "C-Level", a decision-maker from their network (CODIR/COMEX).
They are organized throughout the year. They can be initiated by members or by Delville Management. Members contribute to the running of their Club, and are always welcome to contribute ideas.
