Delville Management strengthens its German footprint

Paris/Düsseldorf, January 2026 — Delville Management, a leading European executive interim management firm, announces a significant expansion of its activities in Germany with the arrival of five senior partners: Markus Heimbrodt, Caspar von Gadow, Axel Steffen, Christian Lindner, and Guido Anterist.

Together withvon Fürstenberg, already established in Düsseldorf, and an expanded local team, including Alexandra Scheidt, Director, they now form a team of ten professionals serving clients in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Mannheim, and Saarbrücken.

This expansion marks an important milestone in Delville’s European development. The new partners bring more than 60 years of combined experience and over 600 interim management assignments delivered for industrial groups, Mittelstand companies and service organisations.

Their arrival enables Delville Management, founded in 2010,  to deploy its model — characterised by strong local anchoring, in-depth sectorial expertise, reactivity and rigorous selection processes — across multiple German regions.

Strengthening local market coverage

Thanks to this reinforced German team, Delville Management will be able to:

  • Ensure a direct local presence ensure direct local presence in five strategic regions, improving proximity to clients and ecosystems;
  • expand its capacity to intervene rapidly in critical leadership situations (transition, transformation, crisis stabilisation, operational improvement);
  • offer German executives access to Delville’s European network of senior interim leaders, supported by consistent methodologies and a shared operating framework across all countries.

A model proven in France, now extended to Germany

Since 2019, Delville Management has built in France a regional operating model based on senior partners embedded locally, working closely with business owners, executive committees and operational teams to support organisations in decisive moments

The strengthened German presence mirrors this approach: experienced local partners, rooted in their regional economies, able to respond quickly and effectively to the challenges of leaders.

A new step in Delville's European strategy

Delville has gradually built a multi-country platform, expanding its footprint in France, Italy, and Spain. In 2025, Delville also launched Delville Experts, a dedicated entity for the middle-management segment, further broadening the Group’s ability to address a wider range of leadership needs.

Strengthening its German German operations is a logical next step, given the size, complexity and dynamism of the German industrial base, and the growing demand for high-quality interim management solutions across the country.
