"What I'm proud of is what we set up two years ago in the case of the company-to-assignment transition: it's the Clariane University and it supports our employees to enable them to gain diplomas as part of qualifying or certifying courses. So I'm thinking in particular of one or two examples. The first is that of Esther, who was a hotel service agent and who was helped to become a care assistant. And today Esther is continuing on a nurse's course for three years of training, or our cooks who in the same way practiced this profession for a few years and who are supported to become care assistants."
