Mikéla holds a background in Psycho-Sociology and Economic and Social Administration, with 10 years of experience in recruitment. She worked at Manpower in temporary staffing, then at PerfHomme as a consultant specialising in headhunting and recruitment. She joined Delville Management in January 2023 as a Talent Connector, with expertise in HR, IT, Sales and Marketing.
