The strategic committee

Delville Management has a strategic committee composed of 5 members:

  • Elena Aksenova (MD Banco Santander)
  • Dominique Gaillard (Chairman of Armen)
  • Michel Hamou (Business Angel and Mentor at the Institute of Entrepreneurial Mentoring)
  • Jean-Pierre Letartre (Chairman of Entreprises et Cités, EY)
  • Jean-Georges Malcor (former CEO of CGG Veritas, Thales)

The strategic committee determines the strategy of our interim management firm and oversees its implementation. It therefore reviews external growth and investment projects likely to influence the business. It brings together experts to assess the advisability of the strategic choices under consideration.

Elena Aksenova

MD Banco Santander

Our interim managers stand out for both their technical skills and their interpersonal qualities. Their ability to deliver rapid impact is based on a balance of operational expertise and relational approach.

  • Empathy, to quickly build trust.
  • Adaptability, to operate in varied and complex environments.
  • Leadership, to rally teams around a clear direction.
  • Analytical thinking, to make a reliable diagnosis and structure the approach.
  • Industry expertise, to intervene effectively.
  • Results-oriented, to deliver tangible results within the first few weeks.

It is this combination of soft skills and technical expertise that makes our interim managers key partners for our clients, even in the most demanding contexts.
