How the Club Works
Informal Address : To facilitate exchanges, members of the Club are encouraged to use informal address. The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the Club's activities and fostering connections among members. In addition to the associate directors, they serve as the members' primary point of contact.
Integration
Admission to the Club is generally by member referral. Prospective members must meet with a Delville Management executive/partner and the Club Manager, ensuring a high standard of excellence.
To join the Delville Club, one must hold or have held responsibilities at Executive Committee/Management Committee levels, align with the Club's purpose, embody the Club spirit, respect Delville Management's values, and be actively involved in the Club's operations...

Involvement in our assignments
Club members serve as expert resources for their colleagues on assignment and can provide support to a manager.
Each Delville Management interim manager receives guidance from a Club member whom they can consult for expert advice throughout their assignment. Interim managers can therefore rely on their peers at any time.

Membership Fee
There are no membership fees. However, members are encouraged to contribute to the community's development by inviting a C-level decision-maker from their network (Executive Committee/Management Committee).

Events near our offices
These events are organised throughout the year. They can be initiated by members or by Delville Management. Members contribute to the Club's operations, and their ideas are always welcome.
