The Delville Academy: the digital hub for experts
One of the flagship achievements of 2023 was the launch of the Delville Academy, a fully digital and free-of-charge platform designed for our entire ecosystem.
The Delville Academy serves as a bridge between Club Delville members eager to share their expertise and those looking to expand their knowledge.
Regional expansion and team growth
Delville Management extended its reach in 2023, consolidating its regional presence by strengthening its teams across France.
Delville Management now counts 55 employees working in the service of our clients and the transition managers we deploy on assignments.
Their daily commitment contributed to the success of more than 230 assignments initiated since January 2023, reinforcing the firm's position as a premium, pure-play transition management firm.

Ecological transition: a new dimension of Delville Management's commitment
In the same spirit of transformation and knowledge-sharing that drives us within the firm, a growing awareness around the decarbonisation of industry and the wider economy is now a core motivation for us.
Collectively, we decided to invite the transition managers who started an assignment with us in 2023 to take part in the Climate Fresk workshop.
Initial Climate Fresk training sessions for our staff have already taken place, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our teams' journey towards a deeper understanding of today's climate challenges.
