Your mission: Identify today's and tomorrow's transition managers.
More specifically:
– Participate in client briefs with internal teams
– Use our innovative tools and methods to identify senior-level managers
– Participate in and independently conduct candidate interviews (phone and face-to-face)
– Play an active role in the digitalisation of our offering
– Develop the employer brand in collaboration with our Community Manager and the marketing team

Your profile:
You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) and have at least 3 years' experience within a recruitment consultancy, with strong knowledge of industrial roles: Plant Director, Supply Chain Director, Logistics…
You are accustomed to engaging with senior-level candidates.
Comfortable in a digital environment, you are familiar with social networks and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent.
Given our international environment, fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
