Throughout my career, I have always been passionate about problem solving, whether as a business leader or a consultant. At Delville Management, I found a new way to live that passion. Every client is unique, and every assignment represents a specific challenge, both in terms of stakes and urgency.
Alessandro has led mid-sized companies and developed consulting activities, notably at Accuracy (2008–2012), Kering (2002–2007) as Head of Group Audit, Arthur Andersen (1994–2001), Athena Investments (2013–2020) as CEO, and ME Group International (2020–2023) as CEO France overseeing Benelux, Iberia, and Italy.
