Commitment has always been a driving force in my journey, whether expressed through my professional, associative, or personal experiences. At Delville Management, I find that same engaged standard: strong values — care, transparency, team spirit — carried with sincerity and consistency by every member of the team. It is this living culture of purpose and action that made me want to invest myself fully here.
Amicie holds a dual Master's degree from ESCP Business School (Entrepreneurship) and Université Paris Dauphine-PSL (Management and Organisations). She joined Delville Management in May 2023 as an intern, then progressed to a permanent role as Chief of Staff in 2024, supporting the Founding President.
