Carole completed her studies in Marketing Intelligence in London, then progressed through management and marketing roles across several European countries in the industrial and services sectors. She founded the French subsidiary of an American company. Trained in neuroscience, she moved into recruitment and coaching. She currently leads the Talents Team at Delville Management and holds General Management responsibilities.
