A graduate engineer from Arts et Métiers, he holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC and Thunderbird School of Global Management (USA). He has held senior management positions at automotive suppliers (ZF, Textron, Faurecia, Wagon). In 2016, he founded a firm within the Perfhomme network specialising in change management, crisis management and human resources. He joined Delville Management in 2020 as Assignment Director, then as Head of the Industrial Business Unit. Since 2024, he has led all practices structured by sector expertise.
