Delphine began her career at Saatchi & Saatchi before transitioning into recruitment consulting in 1998. She progressed through several executive search firms (Antal International, Whitehead Mann, SIRCA, Elaïnos), conducting senior executive and leadership placements in France and internationally. With over 27 years as a headhunter and consultant, she now works with Delville Management as a Talent Connector.
