A graduate of a French business school with a master’s degree in international business from Spain, Eugenie has split her professional career between Paris and Madrid, holding international relations roles primarily for electronic communications and transport regulators, as well as for NGOs.
In 2026, she joined Delville Management Spain following a two-year tenure as General Secretary for a Spanish commercial real estate services firm, where she was involved in recruiting financial profiles.
