Carine built a career in the beauty sector with expertise in fragrances and cosmetics, combining commercial and strategic marketing roles. A graduate of ESSEC and holder of a Master 2 in International Business, she has worked for Parfums Grès, Escada Beauté, Elizabeth Arden International, Groupe Nuxe, Puressentiel, and dermatological laboratories. She joined the board of Laboratoire Guerbet in 2021. She joined Delville Management in 2026.
