An Arts & Métiers engineer and a graduate of the Specialised Master's in Financial Techniques at ESSEC, Patrick co-launched Investance Consulting in 2001, a management consulting firm with offices in Paris, London, Hong Kong and New York. He founded Delville Executive in 2007, a direct-search recruitment firm, and Delville Management, a transition management firm, in 2010.
