Gaëlle is passionate about collective intelligence. A graduate of HEC, she began her career at McKinsey & Company in the High Tech & Telecom practice. She continued at Vivarte/La Halle in operational and strategic marketing roles, before joining the agency MyStudioFactory (Webhelp group) in 2016 as Project Director and then Deputy CEO. She joined Delville Management in April 2021.
