A sourcing specialist, she began her career in administrative and commercial roles at engineering firms. She holds a master's degree in educational sciences specialising in adult training. She gained recruitment and sourcing experience at Synergie and Heidrick & Struggles. From 2004, she spent eighteen years as an expat spouse and mother, during which she founded several businesses internationally (jewellery design, Italian language classes, cooking classes and event organisation). She now collaborates with recruitment firms.
