When, in 2017, Patrick Abadie, founder of Delville Management, transition management firm, knocked on the door of the Institut du Mentorat Entrepreneurial (IME), he was an entrepreneur in search of answers.

Today, seven years later, he returns — this time as a mentor — to offer others what he himself once received: a listening ear, guidance, and the sharing of knowledge.

"At the time, I was facing many challenges related to the structuring of my company. My mentor helped me step back, ask the right questions, and find my own answers," recalls Patrick Abadie.

This mentoring relationship, built on goodwill and shared experience, marked a turning point in his entrepreneurial journey. It is this deeply human experience that led Patrick Abadie to join the IME as a mentor and partner.
