At Delville Management, a transition management firm, we believe in the importance of social commitment (CSR).
Since 11 September 2023, thanks to Day One, our staff have been able to dedicate one day per year to a charity of their choice.

Day One turns our commitment into action by actively involving our teams in volunteering activities.

About Day One

Day One is a forward-thinking organisation focused on creating a sustainable future, making it possible for companies to take meaningful social action.

It has a team of more than 25 people and operates from two offices in Orléans and Paris, with reach across every region of France. It draws on over 300 years of combined expertise in social impact and technology.

Implementing Day One at Delville Management

As part of its CSR commitment (Corporate Social Responsibility), Delville Management, a committed transition management firm, gives its employees one paid working day per year to contribute to activities of general interest, with no cap on additional volunteering time.

These volunteer activities can be carried out individually or as a group.

The Day One Solidarity Platform

This solidarity platform offers employees a unique experience, whether working alone or as part of a team. It brings together more than 700 listed associations on a single platform, working across the areas of environment, technology, education, and health.

There are over 1,500 volunteer activities of all kinds: a few hours of assistance, skills-based missions lasting a few days, mentoring over several weeks, and awareness-raising initiatives.

Delville Management employees are invited to log in to their Day One platform.

They then follow several steps:

• Select their volunteer activity
• Apply for their chosen activity
• Connect with a facilitator
• Inform their manager
• Book their day off
• Make their commitment to the association
• Complete their high-impact activity and fill in a post-mission feedback form
