Delville Management opens a transition management office in Strasbourg
Great news for Delville Management: on 1 July 2024, we opened a new transition management office in Strasbourg.
Under the leadership of Pascal Schuster, this strategic location will allow us to serve our clients and support our transition managers across the Eastern region of France.
This opening represents an important milestone in the firm's development, with the ongoing objective of better serving our clients and transition managers by fostering immediate regional proximity.
Why open an office in Strasbourg?
Delville Management has always favoured the establishment of small, human-scale local teams to immerse itself in regional culture and better respond to the needs of local clients and transition managers.
Strasbourg was a natural choice for this new regional anchor at the heart of Eastern France.
The region benefits from a rich industrial heritage and a strategic position on the Franco-German border. The Eastern region is a wealth of opportunities across diverse sectors including automotive, steel, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, transport and logistics. With this office, our presence will be more structured and our proximity even greater.

Pascal has built extensive professional experience working at SAUR and VEOLIA. He subsequently led the French subsidiary of German group SAG.
From 2017 to 2018, Pascal served as CEO of SPIE Est. In 2019, he participated in the takeover of a German industrial group and became its president in 2020, before joining the Delville Management team.
