Delville Management launches "Delville Experts": a new offering to broaden access to transition management
Already recognised as a key player in premium transition management, Delville Management announces the launch of "Delville Experts", a new entity dedicated to operational assignments at the middle-management level. The aim: to respond to growing demand from companies for targeted assignments requiring functional expertise at adjusted rates. This strategic initiative opens up transition management to a broader client base seeking more operationally focused profiles to complement the premium assignments led by Delville Management.
A market in transformation
Transition management is now a sought-after solution for supporting companies through critical phases. It involves deploying, for a defined period, managers who are immediately operational and capable of addressing urgent, strategic challenges: replacing a team member, leading a critical project, restructuring or driving change management. Historically reserved for assignments involving executive-level functions, transition management has undergone significant shifts in recent years — shifts that Delville Experts is designed to address.
Meeting a dual demand: clients and independent managers
Since its founding in 2010, Delville Management has focused on core transition management assignments involving, among other things, strong management oversight. But according to Patrick Abadie, founder and CEO, the market is evolving: "Today, we are detecting growing demand from companies that need not executives, but operational experts capable of stepping in quickly on specific topics. That is the market Delville Experts is here to serve."
This new offering also responds to a structural trend: the growing aspiration of middle managers for greater independence. "Many professionals today want to work on assignments, for clients, rather than for a boss within a traditional hierarchy. Delville Experts opens that door for them, with the same level of rigour and support that has built the group's reputation," says Amaury de Vorges, appointed to lead Delville Experts, bringing over 25 years of experience in recruitment, staffing and transition management firms to this project.
A high-potential segment
The transition management market for profiles billed at €800 per day represents nearly five times more assignments than the premium segment. With Delville Experts, the firm intends to capture a significant share of this market. "Within three years, our ambition is for Delville Experts to contribute 10 to 15% of our total revenue," says Patrick Abadie.
With Indigo Capital as a partner — a minority shareholder in the group since 2024 — Delville Management benefits from additional strategic support to structure and accelerate this new venture.
"This launch is above all driven by our ambition to broaden our offering and respond to new client needs, while remaining true to our values," says Patrick Abadie.
A shared identity, a dedicated organisation
While Delville Experts targets a new segment, the standards remain the same. "We want to offer our clients the same quality of service, the same responsiveness and the same level of support as for our premium assignments," assures director Amaury de Vorges.
Since its founding, Delville Management has supported more than 700 clients — mid-market companies and large groups — through critical transformations, both in France and internationally. With Delville Experts, the firm sets out a new ambition: to democratise access to transition management without any compromise on excellence.
