Delville Management strengthens its support capacity in the South-West
Paul Jaubert is joining Delville Management's South-West office, led by Arnaud Mézière. Now based in Bordeaux, he will strengthen the firm's capacity to operate across the entire territory covered by the office in Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Occitanie.

Since the South-West office was established in Toulouse in 2023, Delville Management has already supported more than thirty clients — large groups, mid-sized companies, SMEs, and start-ups — on transformation projects, project management, turnaround & recovery, and leadership transition management assignments.
In a VUCA environment where benchmarks are shifting, priorities are changing, and complexity is intensifying, the demand for transition management is multiplying. "The food and agribusiness sector is under pressure, aerospace and defence are growing strongly, and other sectors such as healthcare, energy, tech, and services are gaining momentum. To better support the region's players in this dynamic, we are reinforcing our regional task force. Paul joins the existing team to respond even more effectively to our clients' expectations," explains Arnaud Mézière.

Originally from the Bordeaux area, Paul knows the local landscape well: the businesses, their decision-makers, their expectations. "My move to Bordeaux is a homecoming, but also a genuine field project. What I enjoy is meeting industry players, understanding their production environment, their internal pressures, their team dynamics," he explains.
His local, family, and cultural roots give him a deep understanding of the codes and economic dynamics of the South-West.

Beyond his regional roots, Paul Jaubert brings solid experience built over a varied career. An engineer by training, he began his career in recycling and decontamination, then moved into international non-ferrous metals trading. He subsequently moved into recruitment before joining Delville Management's Lille office in 2022.
Today, he puts his experience to work for South-West businesses, supporting them on projects with major strategic stakes. "I am very excited about contributing to the development of the South-West office. It is a great collective adventure, in service of a region I know well and care deeply about," he emphasises.
