Delville Management strengthens its presence in Germany

Paris / Düsseldorf, January 2026 — Delville Management, a leading European transition management firm, announces a significant strengthening of its operations in Germany with the arrival of five senior partners: Markus Heimbrodt, Caspar von Gadow, Axel Steffen, Christian Lindner, and Guido Anterist.
Alongside Ulrich von Fürstenberg, already based in Düsseldorf, and an expanded local team including Alexandra Scheidt, Director, they now form a team of ten professionals serving clients in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Mannheim, and Saarbrücken.
This expansion marks a significant milestone in Delville's European development. The new partners collectively bring over 60 years of experience and have conducted more than 600 transition management assignments for industrial groups, Mittelstand companies, and service businesses.
Their arrival enables Delville Management to deploy its model across several strategic regions in Germany — a model built on strong local presence, deep sector expertise, high responsiveness, and rigorous selection processes.
Strengthening local market coverage
With this reinforced German team, Delville Management will be able to:
- ensure a direct local presence across five strategic regions, strengthening proximity to clients and economic ecosystems;
- increase its capacity for rapid intervention in critical management situations (transition, transformation, crisis stabilisation, operational improvement);
- offer German executives access to Delville's European network of transition managers, supported by common methodologies and a shared operational framework across all countries.
A proven model in France, now deployed in Germany
This development follows the regional operational model that Delville Management has had in place in France since 2019, built on locally embedded partners who work in close collaboration with business leaders, executive committees, and operational teams to provide effective support at decisive moments.
The strengthening of the German presence follows the same approach, with experienced local partners rooted in their regional economies and capable of responding quickly and effectively to the challenges facing executives.
A new chapter in Delville's European strategy
Delville has progressively built a multi-country platform, extending its presence in France, Italy, and Spain. In 2025, the group also launched Delville Experts, a dedicated entity focused on middle management, further expanding its capacity to meet a wider range of management needs.
The strengthening of operations in Germany is a logical step, given the size, complexity, and dynamism of the German industrial fabric, as well as the growing demand for high-value transition management solutions.
Statements from leadership
Patrick Abadie, Founder and Chairman, Delville Group
"Germany sits at the heart of our European roadmap. Reinforcing our presence with recognised local partners is part of a long-term strategy: building a European organisation founded on proximity, operational excellence, and trust.
Our development has always been progressive yet ambitious — from opening our first regional offices in France in 2019, to expanding into Southern Europe, to launching Delville Experts in 2025. The arrival of this German team opens a new chapter in that journey. It also reflects the momentum and strength of our Group, which continues to grow while remaining true to its values and operational principles. And this is just the beginning."
Eric Audoin, Partner – Head of International and Paris Office
"Our approach has always been the same: invest first in people. We rely on experienced partners with strong operational backgrounds and deep ties to their local business communities. Transition management is, above all, a relationship-driven profession where credibility is built on local expertise. The partners joining us have an in-depth understanding of German market realities — from complex industrial environments to the specific expectations of Mittelstand family businesses. Their experience, combined with Delville's structured processes, allows us to support German organisations even more effectively."Markus Heimbrodt and Caspar von Gadow, Managing Directors of Delville Management Germany
"Joining Delville Management allows us to combine our knowledge of the German market with a European organisation recognised for its rigour, client proximity, and strong human values. We share the same vision of transition management: speed of intervention, clarity of decision-making, and tangible impact. Together, we want to build a strong and lasting presence in the regions we serve."
