Launch of the Delville Academy

The Delville Academy is a fully digital Delville Management platform.

It serves as a bridge between members of our Club Delville network who wish to share their expertise and those looking to expand their knowledge.

What is the story behind the Delville Academy?

The Delville Academy was born out of several observations:

• The Club Delville is a network of more than 500 decision-makers.

Club Delville members are entrepreneurs, transition managers, economists, coaches, lawyers, auditors, investment funds and clients of Delville Management.

It is therefore a unique ecosystem whose most represented roles include: CEO, Finance Director, HR Director, CIO, Supply Chain Director…

• Some Club Delville members express a desire to share their expertise, while others wish to upskill on a variety of topical and economic subjects.
• A convergence of interests within the Club Delville became self-evident: the Delville Academy was born.

What is the Delville Academy?

The Delville Academy's purpose is to facilitate the sharing of interests among Club Delville network members through themed sessions, delivered 100% digitally every three weeks.

More specifically, it enables participants to stay up to date on new regulations across multiple areas of expertise; to explore key industrial, economic and social challenges; and to learn about major innovations set to transform the industries and services of tomorrow.

Who is the Delville Academy for?

• It is aimed at our entire network, as well as anyone curious about business news, the corporate world or innovation.
• Whether you are an entrepreneur, a business leader, a transition manager, a senior executive, an investment fund, a lawyer, a legal professional or a coach (…): anyone with a desire to learn is welcome!

What is the format of the Delville Academy?

• It is offered in an e-learning format, enabling our national network to benefit from the knowledge-sharing we provide with the help of expert contributors.
• It is an interactive format that gives participants the opportunity to ask questions of the experts leading each session, at the end of each presentation.
• Sessions are designed to last approximately 45 minutes.

Who are the contributors?

Delville Academy sessions are led by Club Delville members and transition managers on assignment for our transition management firm.

They are experts in their field who wish to share and pass on their knowledge to their peers.

Sessions are defined collaboratively and co-created with Delville Management staff.

The structure of contributions is organised around the values intrinsic to Delville Management: sharing, collaborative work and conviviality!
