This new approach, led by Christophe Caro, a partner at the firm, brings together specialists focused on specific industries. For instance, we have created dedicated practices in food and agribusiness transition management, life sciences, and B2B services.

Why this reorganisation?

Our goal is twofold: to provide regional proximity while ensuring deep sector expertise. Each client will benefit from support by both a regional expert — familiar with the cultural and economic characteristics of their area — and a sector specialist, capable of addressing the specific challenges of their industry.

The London and Düsseldorf offices, opened in 2013 and 2022 respectively, laid the foundations of our international strategy. We now plan to open new offices across Europe, replicating the territorial network model that has driven our success in France.

This strategy enables us to create synergies across our offices. For example, our new Strasbourg office, thanks to its strategic position on the Franco-German border, will strengthen our collaboration with the Düsseldorf office and promote Franco-German business exchanges.
