Employee Share Ownership and Value Sharing

At Delville Management, a firm specialising in transition management, we work every day to contribute to a better society. We firmly believe that placing people at the heart of change and fostering collective participation are essential to navigating transitions successfully.

With this in mind, we have revised our employee share ownership policy. For the past year, Delville Management employees with more than two years' tenure have been able to invest in the firm's capital.

This initiative reflects our deep commitment to value sharing and the recognition of every team member's contribution. It also underlines our determination to promote responsible growth.

Inclusivity at the heart of our share ownership policy

Delville Management now counts 16 partners — nine more than at the start of 2023. This evolution reflects the growth and diversity of our firm, and illustrates our ongoing commitment to integrating and developing talent within our structure.

Discover the profiles of all partners at our transition management firm: Patrick Abadie, Eric Audoin, Olivier Barbry, Carole Baujard, Jean Baptiste Bouyer, Christophe Caro, Alexandra Cadic, Alienor de Coutard, Yves Goullioud, Philippe Jauffret, Romain Lussiez, Jean Yves Marrec, Alexandre Michalowski, Delphine Phillipe, Carine Paul, Gaelle Rembauville.

The introduction of employee share ownership at Delville Management allows employees of all generations to become shareholders.

Romain Lussiez, who became a partner at the age of 25, is a striking example. His journey demonstrates that there is no age barrier to being recognised and contributing to the firm's success — a testament to our commitment to creating equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of age or seniority.

An aspiration towards a shared and responsible future

Our employee share ownership model embodies a vision in which everyone contributes to a common goal.

We hope this model will encourage greater recognition of our efforts towards equity and transparency — core values of the firm in its relationships with employees, clients, and transition managers alike.

Our ambition is to make continuous progress in this direction, with every step bringing us closer to a future where success is truly shared.

Our commitment to sustainable development is also reflected in our participation in other initiatives. For example, we help organise Climate Fresk workshops, which aim to help transition managers understand and take action on climate issues.

In parallel, we launched our series on Radio Classique, hosted by Fabrice Lundy, dedicated to the stories of companies making a difference in terms of CSR success.

These initiatives, combined with our share ownership policy, illustrate our broader commitment to building a more ethical and responsible business.

Commitment through share ownership at Delville Management

Employee share ownership at our transition management firm is not simply a policy — it is an affirmation of our values. It is a commitment to a future in which every team member is a stakeholder in the firm's success.

By promoting value sharing at every level, we are building a strong, open corporate culture — one that is resolutely focused on the future.
